Internal Hard Drive Help!!!!

Is it possible to take an aftermarket 500gb hard drive out of a g4 and install it in a g5? I recently purchased a new western digital 400gb internal drive and wanted to put in another 500gb on top of the stock hard drive and the 400gb. Is it possible to have three internal hard drives in one unit?

Powermac g4 400mhz, 10gb, 256mb ram, OS9
It depends. Are the hard drives SATA? If so, it should work. If the are IDE, stick them in a firewire case and you will be good to go.
