Install ImageMagick/Imagick extension

I am running OS 10.8.2 (Mountain Lion) and have enabled/installed Apache 2.2.22, mySQL 5.5.28 and PHP 5.3.15. I want to install the ImageMagick/Imagick extension. I am looking for a detailed description how to install the Extension.
