iMessage not working anymore..!

OS X 10.8.5 2 x 2.93 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon 32 GB 1066 MHz DDR 3 - 512k SSD, 3 x 1 TB HDs
I've tried almost everything to get my iphone to be in sync with my macpro desktop again... it was forever and then It stopped.. help

Make sure you're signed into iCloud from both your iPhone and Mac Pro using the same Apple ID. And also that you have messages setup to sync from the iCloud system preferences.
