iMac27 Dropping Ethernet Connection

Ethernet 2 using self-assigned IP address and will not be able to connect to the internet" </p><p>3. System Preferences>Network>Advanced drop down page: Shows different IPv4 Address and different Subnet Mask, and no Router number.</p><p></p><p>So for some reason when my iMac goes to sleep after not being used for a few hours it disconnects.</p></blockquote><p></p>
