Hello.
PC user here, I have my computer in my bedroom, and I often leave it on all night downloading large files, and this isnt a problem because I can simply turn my monitor off and sleep without too many bright lights disturbing me.

However, with no way of turning of an iMacs monitor, how am I to sleep?
I know they dim, but I'm sure that wouldnt be dark enough?

Sorry if this is a silly question, I was just thinking about it the other night.

You can set the display to turn off entirely at a certain time of idle. As you can see below, I set mine to turn off in 1 minnute. It works.

Aha. Cool.

One more thing, I use MSN messenger, and I was wondering if you can use the iMac cameras for use as webcams on msn messenger?

Or is microsoft that cruel.
