I suggested that a complete clean install may be quicker and easier in the long run. It would get rid of everything migrated from our old iMac. I now have pretty well all of the applications loaded and all still seems to be well.I am still trying to work out why Finder isn't showing things like the Macintosh HD in the left hand coloumn? It doesn't shower the admin user folder either?Other things like synching my Safari bookmarks from the old iMac and copying my Contacts across are a bit of a mystery too? I have done various searches and attempts at it but nothing so far?</blockquote>
