iMac G4 Questions

I have a iMac G4 and the screen just died. I was wondering if you can replace the lcd panel on it because there are several iMac G4 screens on eBay.

Yes you can, but it will be difficult. But if you can do it it will be worth it (I love the iMac G4 design)

Look really close at the display to make sure it is the panel and not the backlight inverter. If you looks really close and can still see a faint image when its on, it might not be the panel.
