iMac doesn't "see" PCs

I have 3 Window XP Pro PCs and new iMac networked wirelessly. The 3 PCs are in the same workgroup. The Linksys router sees all 4 computers. However, The iMac doesn't see the PCs nor do yje PCs see the iMac.

I'm a newbie to Macs but very experienced with PCs.

Do the following:
1. Open System Preferences.
2. Type in workgroup and press ENTER.
3. Change the WINS settings accordingly (NetBIOS Name == PC's computer name, Workgroup==workgroup).
