iMac 4k 21'5 2017 CPU Panic

hi guys I have the above iMac I had to replace the logic board as the original one died.

but now im getting a cpu panic after its been to sleep.


anybody have any ideas why or what to check ?

I can attach the logs if need be.

Yes, the logs would help, otherwise we have no idea.

Who did the logicboard replacement? Any warranty with that work if done by a 3rd party?

sure ill grab the log and add it here

I sourced the logic board but it has got a 12 month warranty on it.

ill post my findings shortly including the log.
