Hi Patrick, up to about 20 minutes ago I hadn't tried just the USB mouse on its own, but I have now and the problem has now GONE ! I now have full control and both the left and right clicks are operating correctly. I then switched on the Logitec bluetooth mouse along with the USB and they both worked correctly, then the Magic Mouse and would you believe that I have all 3 that now operate correctly. They all work when they are all switched on/connected and they all work when the other 2 are switched off. Do you realise that you have just stopped me having to have a lovely shiny new iMac Retina :D Well, at least for now? I use a Magic Trackpad on our MacBook Pro Bob, but I do very little editing on there. I have to admit that I hadn't thought of it for photo editing? I use the Magic Trackpad along with the original small bluetooth keyboard, that came with the iMac, both on the MBP. That's so as the MBP can be a bit higher with the keyboard and trackpad at a comfortable level. It's a great help for my neck arthritis by not having to look down too much. I can't believe just how this problem has just disappeared like that?
