hi my os is 10.8.5 i wanted to upgrade to 10.9.4 but i couldn't find the 10.9.0 anyware (i need this upgrade since some of my softwares don't work properly on the 10.10 , where can i get this upgrade?

Your Mac's Specs
2011 17" MBP 2.2ghz, 16gig ram, OS 10.11.6
Apple seems to have pulled it from the Mac App Store when Yosemite (10.10) was released. This has happened before when previous OS versions were released. It will probably show up sometime in the future…but when…who knows.

If you happen to find it (not torrents)…please let us know.:)
