If I sell my upgraded Touch... What will happen?

Will the new person have to buy the 2.0 software all over again? I assume the apps will go, as well as my music... but what about the 2.0?

I don't know what would happen if you reset the iPod. I haven't done that since I updated mine. But I have synced it to a new computer and it kept all of the software updates.

When you perform a restore, it doesn't wipe it back to factory settings, it just gets rids of personal info and any media you had on it while retaining the same firmware.
