Hi, I have just purchased a new MBP & I am a bit of a technospazz, what is the simplest way to transfer my itunes library from my old MB to my new MBP? If I use home sharing and then Deauthorize my old MB would this work? I've already tried using the migration assistant but it doesn't appear to have copied my itunes library... and if it has I have no idea where it's dumped it?! I hope someone can help? Thank you.

Kind regards

It seems to me like that would work, but I haven't personally done it. Are you sure Migration Assistant didn't move the iTunes files over? Check your Music folder for an iTunes folder and see if it has any files in it. Maybe you just need to point iTunes to it again.

Love Home Sharing, it works really well for me.

Migration assistant should have moved your music over though.
Have you looked in the Music folder?
