iChat Skinning/Skins?

Is there such a thing available? Has anyone ever done it? I can't seem to find anything on the topic. I currently use Adium, however iChat intrigues me as well. I just hate looking at how ugly it is and would love to be able to skin it some how.

I haven't heard of anyone independently skinning or modding the appearance of iChat. I feel like most who are interested in something like that flock to Adium (you've already made it ). I use it because of the integration both functionally and visually with OS X.

Besides the visuals, software does exist to enhance or add features to iChat.
