iCal - birthdays alerts !!!!!!

Hi guys !!!

let see if u guys can help me with this problem please !!

I´m trying to set up iCal to remind me or give some kind it of alert from my birthdays that he export form my address book !

but I can´t find anything ! I already try with automator but i don´t how works with my calendars !! =S

If you can help me with this I really appreciate !!

I use a freeware app called Birthday Scanner X, and it works like a charm.
