ibooks problem

i've just set up my daughters ipad mini. now i've just tried to put some books on it. but theres no icons at the bottom of the screen. and i cant get on the ibook store but i can get on itunes, apps stores, and the magazines. i've checked it against my ipad mini which is fine and has the icons at the bottom to connect to the book store. grateful for any help

Hi Orwell - please provide some more information: 1) How did you setup your daughter's Mini; 2) Does she have a separate Apple ID; and 3) What do you mean by 'no icons at the bottom of the screen', e.g. icons in the iPad's Dock? The iBooks icon can be placed anywhere on a home screen, in a folder, or into the dock @ the bottom - you might have a botched setup? Not sure but please reply - Dave
