I think i might have a virus

Hi

I'm experiencing some weird mouse behavior and the system has stalled a couple of times, on start up after downloading what i expect to be an infected file, exposé and spaces was disabled. I also feel like safair is running slower, but that could just be me.. I was downloading a .rar document from rapid-share.

What should i do, and what could the problem be?

I might have a virus in my Mac, what can i do now?

Mate do some fault finding ...
Delete and trash the .rar doc and everything associated with it.
Restart your Mac and see if its still a problem....
Another thing is repair disk permissions from applications>utilities>disk utilities and run the repair...

There isnt any viruses or trojans out there ATM to affect the  hardware you have..

There was one a while ago imbedded in a iLife or iWork torrent but, there shouldnt be any more around ...
Try above mentioned and post back

And if you avoid porn sites, warez and illegal torrent sites, no cause at all to worry. Do as suggested by my friend and if you still have problems go into browser and empty caches.

More info to help you please, as there isnt a Mac virus or trojan out there to affect our OS..

Whats your Mac doing specifically ??
