I Need Help With ...

I sort of put myself in my own situation. Talked my older sister into getting an iMac so she could join the world of the internet. Luckily for me, she lives across country and has a friend who helps with tech problems, but it is ME who she comes to for all other kinds of help with any internet question. Her latest request is for help in researching refrigerators, but without buying or signing up with any organization, such as CReports. Does anyone know of any decent forums for these types of questions? One of these days I will need to stop offering my siblings help in modernizing their lives Thanks for any help.
