I have a 15 inch, late 2013 MBP Retina. I know when I bought it they said you can increase memory from when you bought it. I wish I bought more! Is it still impossible to increase memory?

No, you can't upgrade the memory. It is soldered to the logic board so not upgradable.

'Add more to the HD'?

Are you asking can you fit a larger hard drive in or more memory modules? As Steve said noto memory, they come with either 4/8GB soldered in. Yes you can install a larger hard drive.

I meant increase the size of the hard drive, not the RAM. So, I can do that? Nice! I didn't think so.

Since the "hard drive" in that machine is a special SSD Flash Drive it will have to be replaced as a whole unit. I'm not sure that Mac Sales has a replacement Flash Drive for your model, however, it won't hurt to check. By the way, if you have Apple Care (extended warranty), replacing that drive will void your warranty.

Here's the LINK for Mac Sales and a list of their SSD replacements for retina MBP models.

You will see from chscag's link they are not cheap. Best advice I believe is buy the most you can afford. And OWC do stock them.
