yea i am happy, i finally got an iPod, it is a used 4gen 40gig, it is an Hp what ever the difference is, i have a couple of questions though

1. what is the difference in an HP then a regular apple?

2. it has a little crumb or something on the other side of the screen, is there a good tutorial that shows how to open it?

o and i am using it on a PC if it matters

1. One says HP on it, the other has an Apple logo....and that is about it..:black:

2. There are several tutorials on the web, just google it and you will find them. I would however advise against this as it is probably more work than needed, and likely not worth the hassle. If it doesn't interfere with the operation of the unit, then I would leave it be. Taking something apart is always easier than getting it back together.

ok my PC can seem to find the ipod driver, man i hate PC's but i cannot afford a decent mac, but i have itunes installed but it still wants a driver and it connot find one

yea, i reinstalled windows because of an bad RAM issue, but it is all good now, thanks

ya teh HP iPod onyl works with Windows( i think) and iPod by Apple works with both!!
