How to Remove 3.5" Floppy Disk from Zip Drive

I have a Zip 250 drive I believe it is for a MAC but my problem is there is a 3.5" disk in my drive and it is in there side ways and I cannot get it out of my Zip drive can you tell me how to get it out of my drive?

The drive will require disassembly to safely remove the stuck disk. Be very careful and use the proper tools.
