I will be telling you how to record your screen on your Mac without other software!
There is a program that will be on your Mac when you get it, QuickTime Player.
This program isn't just for playing video's, you can also record with it.
1. open QuickTime Player

2. click "file" then click "new screen recording"

3. click the arrow facing down and click built-in microphone (if you want to record sound as well)

4. click the round button and draw a square on the screen with the + arrow and click record

5. to finish your recording there will be a little ([]) button up the top of your screen, click it

6. It will ask you to save it and where, just fill it out and your done!
i have also made another thread on how to make files here:

HOPE THIS HELPED!!
