Here is what I did for my Samsung Xpress C410W printer:
  1. Make sure the printer is connected using Ethernet.
  2. Configuration an Ethernet generic printer first to enter the Ethernet port.
  3. Not able to use the generic printer option.
  4. Verify that a web browser can look at printer web pages.
  5. In Printers & Scanners, the printer showed up detected by Bonjour. Click and Select it.
  6. Go to "Choose a Driver" and "Select Software" Select my Samsung Xpress C410W Series. It appears to work just fine with the Samsung C410W.
I hope you do so and work.

Thanks for posting the info, I assume there was no question in that. FYI we are up to macOS 14.3.1 now.
