How to export/download text conversations from iPhone or Mac to PDF?

I would like to export a couple of text conversations from my iPhone to a PDF. They're quite long (years), so the "Print" option from the Messages app on my Mac would take forever. (You have to scroll to the top of the conversation in order to do it.)

Has anyone used any apps they could recommend? Any privacy concerns?

I would like to export a couple of text conversations from my iPhone to a PDF.

I'm not sure if it would work the same on an iPhone, but on a Mac OS, on the conversation do a Select All (command + A), open TextEdit, Paste, go to Print but use the Save as PDF option.

Maybe the iPhone has something equivalent you could use. I'm sorry I don't have or use one.
