Hello!
We have about 40 printers, mostly connected through print server (IP printing). Every time I press Ctrl+P Mac search all printers for response ... this is pretty annoying, since it takes abot 10 seconds before print panel is displayed. Is there any way to disable this behavior?
Second ... Print Center is started every time I print (it shows up in dock for few seconds and after job is done quits, but anyway ...). Again, any way to disable this?
Using 10.2.8, upgrading to Panther this week ...

PiEs: I use Mac and OpenStep side by side for about month and must say, that my list of Mac weirdness is geting longer and longer ...
