Hi. I'm trying to install old version SW, but because I previously installed the new version it stops me from installing the old version.
How do I delete the trace?
I checked Library/Application Support/
but I couldn't find any folders there.

Check the start up items folder, there may well be something hiding in there.
I would aso recommend getting Appzapper (it's free) which makes sure (90% of the time) that all associated program files are trashed when you delte an application.

If this software has it's own installer and you just dragged it to the trash to delete - you can also try reinstalling it and then use it's uninstaller to remove it.
