You can't delete or write to files on your Boot Camp partition because it's formatted to NTFS and OS X can not write to NTFS without a driver. If you want to delete that file you will need to install a driver that will allow your OS X to write to the Boot Camp partition.

Here's one that we recommend but it will cost you $19.95. Paragon NTFS

In this case, you could likely just boot to Windows in Safe Mode and uninstall AeroGlass.

However, will also recommend grabbing Paragon's NTFS driver.
