How do you download a .Rar file if it's too big?

I have a file that's barely above the limit set to download and I have no idea how to get it to download

What limits? If it's your ISP setting the limit, you'll have to talk to them. Inherently, OS X has no limit.

Well, you really need to provide more information - I'm assuming you are doing a DL to your computer from 'somewhere' - please provide that information; also, what is the size of the file & what have you tried so far? Dave :)
