How do I make a pc disk mac format

I got my mac to boot on it's own. Now I have a post of how to
format a disk on PC to work on the mac. Then be able to view downloads from the pc on the mac. Mac uses system software 7.1p3. I downloaded a program pc_mac but it does not work right. unziped file unzips the files diskimg.exe,pc_mac img and readme. I did what the readme file said to do.

I like to download programs on pc and beable to load them on mac.

Not sure what you are trying to acheive - the diskimg.exe you mention will not run on the Mac. However, this site may help you, you will have to find the appropriate information on the page for what you are trying to do:
