How do I load a Photoshop action into PS??

Stupid question but I'm not a hugh PS user. I just downloaded a PS action created by someone else and I'm trying to figure out how to load it.

If it is an atn file then they all live in Photoshop > Presets > Photoshop Actions

There is also a Load Actions command in the actions Palette (accessible through that little arroe on the palette)
