How do i get rid off malware in IOS8 i.e WireLurker malware

Is that a question or a statement ?
If it is a question, there is no malware for iOS8 if you stay away from dodgy activities and only use legitimate websites to download apps.
So no need for an Antivirus on iOS8.

Actually it was a question though i wanted to know if there is anything like that in devices like that ..

There is no malware for iOS8 for people who are using their iDevice by normal means. So, unless you have been downloading pirated content from some Chinese App Store knock-off, you have no need for concern regarding WireLurker.
