How do I find files based part of filename?

Hello

I want find any file that contain “EAT"

I expect see in result :
Browbeat, Reattack, Feather, Greaten, Repeating, Eat, Weathercock, ......

If type Eat spotlight search any filename start with eat

What must type in spotlight search filed?

Simple way:
Command-F
Select "Name" in dropdown, "contains" in second dropdown, eat in text box.
"contains" makes it act like a wildcard.
