How do I export a Numbers 3.5.2 file as a tab delineated CSV

Hi,

Can anyone advise how do I export a Numbers 3.5.2 spreadsheet as a tab delineated CSV file?

CSV stands for Comma Separated Values. So you'll have to do the following, use Numbers to export the spreadsheet to CSV (File->Export->CSV)..

Then in a terminal, run a command like the following sed command to convert the commas to tabs

sed -e 's/,/CTRL+V TAB/' file.csv > file-tab.csv

The part what I put in CTRL+V and TAB means that you should type the command until you reach that part and then you should hit those particular keys to enter a tab.
