how can i fully uninstall PHOTOSHOP CS3 beta?

i got a CS3 beta in my computer and i was about to upgrade it to the extended version. i uninstalled the photoshop cs3 with appzapper and and thought that the photoshop cs3 would be removed cleanly. but when i intalled the photoshop cs 3 extended, it keet telling me that the extended version conflicts with the previous version. i moved every possible file of the previous version from finder to trash, but i still cannot intall the extended version. i think there are maybe some hiden files that i cannot locate.

can anyone tell me how to uninstall photoshop cs3 beta fully right now?
