How can I backup my iPod OS?

Hello Folks.
How are you?
I have an iPod touch 8GB and it have some problems. For example, I can't open my Viber and... When I want to install update it tell me that I have not any free Space on it and I want to know How can I free my iPod storage?
Another problem is that I can't access to my Home system and I want to know if I plug it to other system is it Lock? Can you show me any way? It is very emergency.

You iPod is tied to the computer you first synced it to. You will need to attach it to that computer.

In the meantime, you can try freeing up space on your (apparently full) iPod by deleting apps you don't use. Since you bought them from the App Store, you can re-download them again when you get a higher-capacity device.

Please provide more information: 1) What iPod Touch generation do you own; and 2) What iOS is installed?

Also, go into Settings -> General -> About and tell us what the 'Capacity' is listed and how much of your 'Storage' is available? You can also go to General -> Usage and provide 'Used' & 'Available' storage - SO, let's see how much storage is free.

In addition, check General -> Storage -> Manage Storage and allow the list to populate; tell us which apps (along w/ their data) are taking up the most space; you'll likely need to do some deletion. Let me stop there to allow you to respond. Dave
