Home videos on iPod nano

How can I transfer files labelled IMG_0726.MOV from my MAC OS (Mavericks) to iPod nano.

There are a number of answers to this, but let me share one that will probably work to your satisfaction:

1. Download the free Miro Video Converter.

2. Open the program, drag in the video file.

3. Press the "Apple" button and choose Nano/Classic.

4. Press the big green button to convert the video.

5. Add the converted video to iTunes, and sync it with your Nano (or however you transfer files to your Nano).
