Hello,
This error message started to pop up every couple minutes on my screen and it is really annoying.
I looked online for some more information and truing to solve it myself but no luck. I have only 2 items in my "log in" and there is no change if i disable them at start up.
Can I please ask for help.

You need to figure out what application this is and either prevent it from starting up or update it to be compatible with your version of macOS.

You can try running Etrecheck to see if that application is in the startup routine. If you didn't install it, it sounds like it's malware that piggybacked on something else you installed recently. You can also do a scan with Intego's VirusBarrier Scanner, which is free, to see if it finds anything.

What did you change right before the issue started? What installation, update, upgrade? Something changed to make it start.

Thanks, tried Etrecheck and Intego but it was crashing my computer while running test

Thank you, tried all steps except re installing macos, no change.
Since you migrated your data from a previous Mac, it's likely something that came along for the ride. So do a fresh install of macOS to confirm that the machine is working properly, before re-installing your applications and other stuff.

On the same machine I'll do OS upgrades since I know the machine is working as expected before doing the upgrade. However, whenever I switch machines, I end up going with the fresh install and bring in apps/docs I need as opposed to everything..
