I don't post messages very frequently, and even less frequently since I got some ANONYMOUS negative rep for posting a comment about global warming that apparently offended someone in the "anything goes" section. I guess some folks don't like an opinion other than their own. So it goes.

Have the mechanics or rules of the Rep system changed? There was talk of requiring two reps per post for it to count, but I think that was just speculation.
