Maybe this is only news for me, quote from the OP linked article:

That in itself is a good enough reason for me to continue buying in to the Apple Eco System. It has also changed my mind about replacing the seven years old MBP with a Windows laptop, MacBook Air it is...

I like that too. On the other hand, I have read horror stories about how Apple treats it's retail store employees.
