Lisa and Harry, Thank you so much for replying. I'm removing Little snitch as we speak. I Also i would like to mention that it only has happened two times that i got a panic report, first time was about 2 months ago, second time was today...after the panic report i restarted my computer and it has been running since without a panic report. I can't seem to reproduce another Kernel panic (removing devices and plunging them back in....turning external drives on/off...etc. @Lisa: interesting that you mention the disk drive...at the moment of the panic report i was transferring files from my external drive to my time capsule (wireless)...i was transferring lots of folders at once...could the external drive be the problem? just to test i'm transferring files again with this drive but no panic reports yet... I also Checked the drive with using disk utility but it says "the volume lacie MAC appears to be OK" Again, thanks so much for helping out...really sucks to be honest, i saved and worked my *** off to buy this new mac pro just a few months ago (computer is only 9 months old) and i would really be dissapointed to already having to bring it in for repair. forgot to mention that i also contacted Apple but the only thing they could tell me is to do a hardware test (this came back saying there were no issues found)...then he said that since it is the second time i'm having kernel panics that it is probably a hardware problem and that they need to repair it..this would take between 2-3 weeks...it was up to me to decide on what to do...what would you fine people recommend...bring it in or wait it out a little longer? might upgrading to El cap solve the problem (i'm kind of hesitant to upgrade because of the negative comments about el cap's stabillity)
