Hey you guys i have some questions for you about me installing Windows XP Home 32 bit (i think) SP1.

1) does it have to be sp2 or above to install xp like it says it does?
2) which partition format should i choose when installing?
3) do i really have to have boot camp 2.1 to install xp?
4) i also need some help with internet setup, but i'm assuming that will be fixed if i find a way to install sp2...? like i would open network connections and there would be nothing, i even tried connecting ethernet and it didn't work.

that should be all, please help

Please read the setup guide for Boot Camp first. LINK You can not use XP SP1. You need either a:

1. MS genuine boxed copy of XP SP2 or 3 full install, Home or Pro

or

2. An OEM system builders version of XP SP2 or 3 full install, Home or Pro.

Regards.

It's far better to use Windows 7.
