Help with Blackbox Stylus Pen

I bought a Blackbox stylus pen and I can't figure out how to use it. It has a brush instead of a point and it doesn't make any marks on my iPad. I'd like to use it to annotate a pdf file that I need to write comments on.

Can anyone tell me how to use the pen to do this?

I just read through several on line reviews of your Pen and everyone seems to be able to use it on their iPhones and iPads. And yes, it's the same as yours with the brush stylus.

Personally, I probably would have never purchased one with a brush stylus since I prefer the rubber tipped type pen to use on my iPad and iPhone. If it's not working as it should, return it for a refund.
