hi after 12 hours of trying to sort out my internet connection I brought a new Netgear DG834G. I set up the wireless settings but used Wep 128 and put in a password. I turned off the wifi and tried to connect but now its saying there was an error joining NETGEAR. I really would appreciated some advice because Im lost here! I have tried to get back in the the netgear settings but because I cant connect it doesn't let me... any advice??

thanks!

I'd reset the router and start again. Avoid using WEP. It can be defeated within minutes. Use WPA/WPA2 with a good password.

Sounds good- WPA or WPA2 is much more secure- good job in fixing it.
