Welcome to this forum Dwest23. I dont quite understand what you mean by "deleted" the disk. That option does not appear in Recovery Mode perhapes you meant Erased. Did you perhapes use Disk Utility from the Restore Menu? If you have "deleted" the Mackintosh HD volume you now have an empty Mackintosh HD. If on the other hand you deleted the Disk Drive ei. the top Item called Mackintosh HD then you have removed the volume Mackintosh HD that the operating system is installed on (and everything else) and you will need to repartition the HD. To do this you will need to boot your computer from a bootable OSX installer but take heart your computer is not dead or completely "screwed." (I do hope you had a backup) Obviously you cannot create a bootable installer now unless you already have one in the form of a clone eg USB thumb drive, SuperDuper or CarbonCopyCloner. So you will have to use one from either a Mac service centre or a friend who has one. If you have such a friend you may need instructions on how to repartition the HD. If so get back to us and we will provide instructions.:D
