Help my iPhoto says its still importing???

So i tried to import about 1000 photos to my iPhoto from my iPhone and I accidentally unplugged it. My phone was fine but my iPhoto says it still importing and i can't exit. When i try to import again it says wait for import to complete.

Yeah, that was not a smart move. I think you'll need to force quit iPhoto, run the iPhoto repair suite (launch iPhoto with both command and option held down, check all boxes, leave it alone to do its thing).You'll probably need to restart (not just sleep) the iPhone as well.
