Help me price my used mac

Hey all, I am looking to buy my mac that I use at work from my employer. Looking for a fair price. What would you pay for it?

Mid 2012

32 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 ECC
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 2048 MB

I would be either buying my own SSD drives or inheriting some that are just hanging out around the office.
