Help - MBP Mavericks White Screen HD Full

Your Mac's Specs
Powerbook G4
My MacBook Pro won't start - white screen - due to Hard Drive full. Rebooted to DUtilities and Verified and Repaired Disks and Permissions. All OK. Are there any other options to view and delete files other than Restoring Time Machine Backup files?

We need to know a bit more information about which Mac is involved here. On some Macs target disk mode is an option depending upon which Mac is involved and whether you have access to another Mac.
