help: macbook pro mid 2012 ram upgrade

hi,
i want to upgrade my macbook pro 13" mid 2012 ram from 4gb to 8gb.
will it make my mac run faster? apps will open faster?
and does that links are Compatible to my mac? does there is any difference between them?

Going from 4 GB to 8 GB may speed things up somewhat. There are other factors that come into play as far as speed is concerned: How full your hard drive is (how much free space remains), what type of programs you're running.

As for what memory to buy, your model MacBook Pro according to Mactracker uses:

Maximum Memory 16 GB (Actual) 8 GB (Apple)
Memory Slots 2 - 204-pin PC3-12800 (1600 MHz) DDR3 SO-DIMM

To add to what chscag has said, try keeping an eye on Activity Monitor and see what's happening with the memory already installed with what you're doing.
