I mean, the daguerrotype produces a direct positive image, but the collodion process produces a backwards image, the so-called "negative" that then has to be processed to be put back to the proper format to be used. And nobody warned anybody about this change, either. That's really annoying. Now I have to do two steps to get my images where under the daguerrotype it was so much simpler. And this guy, George Eastman, is talking about a paper process. I mean, what's the world coming to with all these changes?</p></blockquote><p></p>
