HDD upgrade on iMac 21 1/2

I worked on the principle that 2 into 4 goes, but not the other way around.</p><p></p><p>The new SSHD fitted, connected and the 4 screen to gubbins cables reconnected ant the screen put back. It's quite fun when you come to refit the screws that hold the screen onto the main housing, because everytime you try to get them past the magnets that hold the front glass in place they were far stronger than the magnet on the tool I was useing to fit them. Some crafty assistance from a pair of fine nosed pliers eventually got them into place and that was probly what took most of the change time!</p><p></p><p>Loaded Mavericks from the USB key I had kept from the original upgrade from Snow Leopard and reloaded the aplications and data from the Mavericks Time Machine backup I did before going to Yosemite and now it's back to where I was before.</p><p></p><p>The only problem I had was that when I tried to use the buttons on my Wacoms bluetooth tablet pen they didn't operate.
